Insurance: while our associates and partners are insured while in your property they accept no responsibility for any damage how so ever caused. We ask every home owner to provide us with their insurance broker/policy details so we can process claims on their behalf in the event of damage from flood storm burglary etc.

We only complete and undertake service for customers who are registered with us and have completed and signed contracts. We only provide service for customers whose account is in sufficient credit to allow us deliver the required service as per our schedule of charges.

We reserve the right to change our services and prices but will continue to provide services at the prices agreed a time of contract for time specified. Occasionally we do not have a full service in a particular part of the country. While we endeavour to cover all area of the country, we will not compromise on the integrity of the service and as a result we cannot always provide a service in all areas.

All data regarding your property is stored on a secure server and access is strictly controlled via passwords. Financial data is stored off line and is available for owners to inspect for a nominal fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we are unhappy with the nature of our relationship with customers.

If a customer is unsatisfied with any aspect of our service we refund without quibble the monies charged for that service. We will offer full refunds of all monies paid to unsatisfied customers but must retain the set up cost for getting the application processed.
