Our basic support will offer you a private web site and email addresses to allow you to maintain company records including all accounts with members and suppliers. Simple access to this by the auditor then removes all the work involved in preparing paper work for audit. As the bulk of the work is automated then the document storage and retrieval is child's play.
A next level will involve you setting budget and engaging us to collect the annual service charge and lodge it to your bank account. This is often the most tedious of work for you. As well as this we can supply details of contractors who will undertake work for you in your property.
Finally the last level before full service agent we can organise the AGM, get minutes circulated and quote for projects on a case by case basis.
